Hey well I'm new to this forum, I've had a snoop round and there's so many helpful things on here that have helped me learn. I want to learn the basics of becoming a PAU and I could really do with some helpful feedback? Some things I struggle with are confidence, if I see a girl at a party and I've known her from school, I never end up approaching her as I feel like I could embarrass myself or get rejected? I literally have no experience in picking up girls, please help me out!

Hey man nice to meet ya! The pick up arts are about building a life as much as they are about attracting and picking up beautiful women. Sounds like you are having trouble with your self confidence. From this day forward start walking with your head up, shoulders back, make eye contact with people and smile. Don't let your self-worth or your emotional state be affected by people who don't know you or have any real say in validating your existence, because ultimately, only you have that power, so give it to yourself.
