Post subject:  feeling stuck
Hi guys. So I'm new to the site but have read a few pua books so I'm familiar wjth some of it. I feel kind of stuck in a rut right now and am trying to get back into things. I had a shitty relationship that messed with my confidence a bit. So I'm 34 and I bartend at a college bar. It's cool because I have ever opportunity in the world to chat up girls and I don't really need an excuse to approach them because most of the time they approach me. I've got the whole attraction thing down but I'm not really getting past that. In fact my best friend says he loves hanging out with me becauss I bring chicks over then he closes the deal. I think part of it is my age difference. chicks might think it's weird to date someone my age. It might be a confidence thing too. Or maybe I'm just clueless as to how to procede with chicks after the initial attraction. I haven't stopped trying and I won't but I just feel kind of lost as to what I need to do or what I'm doing wrong. Any advice you guys can offer would be awesome. Thanks

You've got it easy working behind the bar. The attraction thing comes with the job, but if you are having trouble escalating then it is not internal. If you honestly thought that a girl was coming over because she found you attractive, the age difference wouldn't matter. You feel insecure about your age compared to the age of the women you invite over.

Use your people skills to your advantage and chat up some girls from the other side of the bar, or use industry status to hit up hired guns. Put some work in outside of the work place and focus on kino and escalation. That shit'll get you laid.

Yeah you're right that I do feel insecure about the age difference. I get asked my age by chicks just about every night and if I tell them my age straight away they seem to lose interest. Though I figure they are asking because they are interested. I should figure out a good way to answer. And I will definitely start looking into and practicing kino and escalation. Any suggrstions? And thanks for the advice. This stuff is pretty cool, I can't wait to get good at it.
