Just thought I'd give you a quick hello as time permitting I might be around here a bit... And just so you know a bit about me, I thought I'd explain how I've ended up here.
About middle of last year I was in a relationship and got chatting to a girl (also in a relationship) whilst visiting a friend. For some reason the convo turned to how we'd met the people we were seeing. I told how I'd chatted my girlf up in a bar and by just being overtly confident (not my normal persona) I'd got here number and the rest was history... she then told me about the book 'the Game'!... I never really thought I would read the book... but then, the girl who I was head-over-heels in love with .. ended things!
The rationalization process I went through eventually lead me back to the book and I realized I'd gone from sparking an interest through confidence and high value... to losing her by being a complete AFC! (I know I'm not the first and I'm sure I won't be the last).
But anyways.. what appealed to me most about the book was that goal wasn't to get as many women as you can... that was (if you lucky
) just part of the journey! I'm here because I wanna practice many of the things 'the game' and many other books I've read recently on NLP etc and see just what might happen. In the past I've struggled with depression and I believe that what I've learnt recently is really gonna put that part of me behind me! But more importantly... that what I stand to learn can do so much for my professional and personal future!
