Post subject:  Looking to improve my 'game' in the MD/DC area
First off I want to say hey to all the PUA's on here and tell you all what my deal is..

I'm a 21 year old 5'5 athletic male. From what I've heard I'm pretty attractive maybe a 7/8 out of 10. I really have a problem with my self confidence. I could sit here and write a very long memoir that could explain possible reasons to my madness but I've come to realize that the reason for my lack of confidence is not important, the only thing that matters is improving it. I have a great life, a career, a nice car, I'm well dressed and clean. I may not be the prettiest face but I know looks don't mean a damn thing and it isn't the main issue here. Ide like to think I have a good delivery when it comes to girls most of the time but sometimes I'm so worried about saying something wrong or my ADHD takes over and I can't stop moving or hold a good convo.

The bottom line is I need to learn how to open up, RELAX, hold a conversation and show girls that I am indeed a leader and have alpha qualities.

Any advice greatly appreciated, thanks all.

How about you just try to talk to girls without "flirting" with them? ;)

You can only have a conversation by talking about common interests.

Congrats admitting you are unconfident! That's where the true journey starts! Instead of focussing outwards, you could ask yourself in every conversation: "what do I have to offer to this woman". Even if it's just making her smile, that's enough!

Look at woman as if they are butterflies. You are there to adore them, support them to be pretty and fly beautifully. And to address her bullshit in a loving way. ;-)
