Actually to be honest, i'm not quite sure if that's possible, since males require a different kind of approach then girls do. But there might be some things that could be taught to you, which are the following:

- Build up confidence. How? Just love yourself, the way you are, the way you look, no matter how short, old or whatever you are. If you don't love yourself, you can't expect someone else to right?
- I know from experience that girls expect guys to approach them. Well, the truth is, a lot of guys actually have trouble picking up invitations from girls to approach them, such as proximity or eye-contact. However eye-contact is a strong indication of interest, so make sure you use that

- Approaching guys requires a lot of guts, but to be honest, you don't necessarily have to be a great talker. Last Saturday 2 girls approached me and friends asking about cheese. We talked for 10 minutes and it was cool. Just an example.
- Looks are the first thing a guy looks for in a girl. Make sure you groom yourself up, such as attractive make-up (how much you put on depends on what makes you comfortable), sexy earrings, or a dress, it's all good. A sweet scent of smell also works wonders (at least for me, I liked a girl but turned her down because she didn't take good care of herself).

Well the fact is that even though I've been ACTUALLY practising was half a year ago, even though I joined this forum in december 2011. And practising is the only way you can become someone that gets the guys/girls he or she wants. (not in every approach, there will always be people who just have no interest in you, whatsoever). Make sure that you don't give up on the moments it's not going well. I've been making a journal ever since I started practising, and well, I don't think I can count on my hands how many times i've thought of giving up. The journal however is a reminder of how you were before, and how you are at the very moment of reading it. It takes years to become really good at it, and there is one thing were girls might be struggling when doing pick-up. The fact that society might label them as sluts or any other bad names, or even your friends might do it. In that case I might be lucky that i'm a guy, because I can imagine that being a girl might be very hard at times. Wallie

Practice makes perfect. When it comes to getting supermodels. You have to push for it and work hard. The same goes for bodybuilding, the harder you push and more effort in it the bigger you get.
