Hey guys! This is me, a peruvian raised in American who's back in his home country for the meantime and hoping to become a PUA. -Right now I live in Lima, Peru and it kinda sucks because really hot girls are hard to find. Or maybe it's just me that doesn't find my kind attractive. - I'm only 17! Throughout my life I've relied on luck and things of that sort to be in relationships and it hasn't worked. I've only had two girlfriends and still a virgin. However, I'm about to change all that. - I got into the game by watching Simple Pickup on youtube. If you haven't checked those guys out already, I suggest you do. Afterwards, i became obsessed with the subject and began looking into the Mystery method, reading The Game, and getting the DVD too. - I've been studying pickup for around 3-4 months now and I practice every once in a while. At first, I was getting relatively good success in cold approaches but I eventually stopped doing them and have actually gotten worse over time. - As far as methods go, I don't really do anything fancy. I'm usually extremely cocky and playful and mostly funny but my opener is usually "Hey you're cute, we need to meet". I really need improvement though, balancing out the cockiness and the humor... and need an actual pickup line. - As far as hobbies go, I love playing the guitar and singing; though I'm not very good at the latter, I can still rock some tunes. I also love reading self-help and inspiration books. Love science fiction books as well. And... I'm a nerd at heart so i really like learning new things. - My goal is to become a real PUA and a person who's entirely confident in his own skin. I want to be that guy everyone secretly admires because of how he lives and how he presents himself to the world. And well, women, lots of women. - All my childhood I was a nerd, overweight, had glasses, had social anxiety and played online games all day every single day. The worst part is that I had a completely pessimist outlook on life. Eventually I changed after reading some self-help books and have improved in a lot of aspects. Right now, I still have some insecurities regarding my height (barely 5'7) and stuff but at least I've lost the extra pounds. Part of my motivation for joining this forum would have to be that after employing some of these techniques with girls, I finally managed to land a date with the hottest blonde (who happens to be taller than me) in my University program. Though it was a failure of a date, I've still reaped some of the benefits that come from pursuing the lifestyle and mentality of a real PUA and am motivated more than ever to improve and find self-fulfillment in my actions. Haha, there. It's a long read, but I had a lot to let go of. |
