Hey guys, a no gamer here.
I'm 23 and I seem to have failed to develop a game so far in my life. Got into this PUA stuff a few months back and read a lot of books on the subject and watched some shows and videos online. Still haven't gotten around testing the methods in real life practice because I'm from a country where English is not a native language and some of the openers and canned material seems awkward when translated to my native language. That is why I joined the forum and hopefully with your help I can fine tune the game to work for me.

BTW I suffer from extreme approach anxiety so suggestions on how to overcome it are more then welcome.

Welcome to the forum! Getting over extreme approach anxiety. Remember the reasons WHY you really want to change. And if they are great enough that you really really really want this in your life. Grab your balls and start approaching women. The only way around it is through it so to speak. Either you want women in your life bad enough you'll get through approaching, or you don't.

They aren't going to make fun of you, hit you in the balls or bite your head off. Your fears are not grounded into reality. Set yourself a goal for how many sets you are going to approach and achieve your goals.
