Hi guys, I'm certainly no pua yet but i know i need to try something different. I'm 24 and I would consider myself the worst kind of AFC. I mean i have absolutely no confidence in my ability to pick up women. I seem to have a fear of failure that i cant shake. I need to make some serious changes and would appreciate any help you guys can offer. Where should i start? I live in Cairns Australia which is a major tourist mecca and probably the perfect place to start. |

Hey Galahad, Im still relativly new to this PUA thing but i'll give you a piece that really improved my confidence levels in every area of life. This may not apply to you but it might help others who read it. Get at least 30 minutes of intense exercise a day. Whether its running, soccer, basketball it doesn't matter. Just sweat and sweat hard your body likes it. I started to kickbox/mma a few months ago and now I stand taller, talk with more confidence and look better. If your body feels good so will you and women will see it. |
