Ok this is hard for me to say. I'm 21 goen on 22 iv had relations with only 1 women and have only dated 2 women for a total of about 3 months. I'm in need of help and am willing to do what ever it takes to become a great PUA |

start talking to girls.. anywhere you see them... be it beautiful or not...and just getting to know some basic PUA mindset of social-proof + push/pull + kino routines should get you started already...!! |
