I have been really working on my own game recently, since november, when it was my birthday and I decided this year would be my year! Since then i have got with a girl on all but one occasion i have been out, the night in question was christmas eve, and i wasn't really feeling it. I have been out clubbing a total of 12 times in this time period and felt like i was doing well getting numbers and kisses. Alongside sleeping with four girls. For me this is unbelievable, I have not been able to do this before. But after "getting lucky" the first time, I just went out with improved confidence and it seems to have had a snowballed effect. I was recently introduced to the book "The game" and it opened my eyes to a whole different world. I was totally unaware that this sort of underground society even existed and maybe a bit naive of it all to be perfectly honest. But now i have "discovered" it i want to be fully involved and make up for lost time. I have not really been using any techniques when I have been out, as I just mention I have only just been introduced to the book. However I had been using some of these techniques naturally, with some additional guidance I reckon I could do well in the game. I have tried to get my friends involved but they struggle with anxiety. Don't get me wrong I still do get bad cases of anxiety but its half the fun and once you push through anything is possible, right? I'm basically on here to discuss the game with other PUA, help advise, receive advice, and hopefully end up meeting other PUA to be each others wing, around sussex in the UK. Welcome! I think that most of us got in with The Game but it really is an eye opener. There are so many styles and theories and "gurus" out I suggest getting a taste of as many as you can before committing to one. Or do like I did and just jump right in with no direction and take a really long time to get where you want to be (4years). Sounds like you are already on a good path so enjoy the process and have fun! I am personally a huge fan of Carlos Xuma so check out what he has to offer. He has some free CD's and cheap programs that have worked wonders for me as well as some great newsletters and links to other mPua's. Vin DiCarlo is another one of my favorites. But be sure to be open to others because we all have different goals and styles. Cheers! |

Cheers for the advice seville! I am having a little look around at the moment as I'm not to sure what works best for me but I will check out the two people that you mentioned. At the moment I have only really watched videos on psychology to learn more about people, for me I believe this is a strong point to work on as; if I can read body language and work out how social interactions are going, I can make adjustments to put them back on course or leave them to run freely and hopefully get the outcome I desire. I certainly do need to improve, to be honest I only have an average night/ club game. It could even be, just a lucky streak. Not that I'm complaining as its been a long time coming. I haven't really developed any major techniques as such at the moment. A variety of things have happened such as seeing a girl looking at me so I approach kind of like the 3 second rule. straight there, shows my confidence, and shows i feel the same. Another technique i have used is just to approach the girls like I already know them and just start chatting. Not necessarily asking lots of questions as this is to informal but just pick a topic on my mind and chat. Usually there is a good response, as I have noticed a lot of guys try getting to close to a girl too quickly, by dancing and she ends up getting put of unless she finds him really attractive. I would never try to say my game is good yet though as i do find the best way for me to deal with the anxiety is to drown it with alcohol. Obviously so I'm pissed but just a bit merry and playful. Things seem to be going well but I need to spend more time on my day game, but its easier said then done lol Peace, Cola x |
