Hey as the title says im single again and now im looking to do something different. I want to try some PUA techniques. As im so long out of the game i dont know were to start. I living in Dublin at the moment |

hey man, congrats you've took the first step! keep going! practice and apply what you learn here and you can only improve! go out with friends, have fun, talk to new people, and visit new places. then when you are ready to include women in your fun time, go for it!

they way I started was reading The Game. I think it's a good starting point and puts the art of being a PUA in perspective |
