Hello everyone new to this but have read alot of books and audio files by swingcatt and others, i understand alot but have trouble applying it in the field, at home before i go out i feel great like i can go out to any girl with no big deal but when i actually get their i have trouble and just freeze up, i really need to fix my approach anxiety. Any adive would be great thanks |

We have all had that feeling... start small, speak to the ugly fatties you don't want and build up. You'll feel even better when they come on to you. Just start small you don't have to go for the big prize straight away. |

I'd say try the newbie mission. Then when you're out imagine approaching girls in your head...like when you see a girl imagine everything you would do in your mind, how you would approach, what you would say, etc. Try to approach at places that aren't very busy, like the mall on weekday afternoons. I believe GWM pushes that idea strongly. Approach small groups in not very crowded places. |

Thanks, ive actually been using kiazen, slowly working basically which you said, went out the other day with some friends sarging and actually went really well 11 approaches and 1 number, mainly becuase i did not transition, just shot off openers and that was it with the exception of one which i ended up getting the number. When im by myself thats usally when i have trouble, i will see when i go out on wensday by myself, maybe im past it. |
