Hey, my name's Khoua. I'm really new to all this. Tell you the truth, I kind of stumbled on the Neil Strauss book, the Game last week. All this time I thought I was alone in my own grief. My problem is, just that, I stumble a lot. I mumble when i'm nervous. Sometimes my game is on, sometimes its not. I don't know how to control it. I don't know how to open and I DEFINITELY don't know how to close. I'm always told how cute and hot I am, but there's always the "but we're just friends". So yeah, this is a whole new world that I want to step into. I wish I found this out when I was younger. It would have saved a world of frustration and years of getting burned. So if any one is in the Leominster area of MA, let me know. I need a mentor. |

Welcome aboard, sounds like it's just a confidence issue for you, start light have conversations, maybe even pick up a few uglys to start with, obviously only #-close witht hem and don't call but if confidence is the issue start with someone less intimidateing lets face it if you go upto a fat chick your not gonna be intimidated in the pick up, get comfortable approaching with that then work your way up goto a 5 then a 6 then a 7 and then who knows maybe at that time you'l be ready for a 10 |

Quote: I need a mentor. You've got about 15,000 of them ready and waiting to help on this forum. Confidence is an important issue. First learn to project it, then when you achieve success you'll really feel it. Good luck. |

I think the fear of rejection is as strong as the confidence issue. The way I see (or saw) it was, if a fat chick turns you down, you must be THAT bad. But it's true, if I can fake it until I get success, it'll boost my confidence. |

If you get rejected just dont take it personal. If a woman rejects you, she rejected the situation/the approach.. not you personally. Everyone gets rejected, doesn't matter how pimp you are. I got rejected hard 3 times last night, but ended up going home with a different chick. who gives a shit. |

Those are pretty encouraging words. I never saw it like that. I never separated the approach from the self. |
