Hey guys. How do you deal with feeling, that you invest so much and don't get anything back at all. Like every your try is just for nothing. How not fell more and more down with every another fail? (even if you try find problem and make changes, and that leads to nothing anyway)

So it would help to have a little more details. What are you referring to? Women? or life in general?

How much have you tried? What have you changed?

What are you looking for? An excuse to give up?

I go to the gym or work on projects that excite me.

Women. I mean, every my try last few months was just one big failure. Thats bad for my mind set, because in everything I do, need to see some progress, or feel success. Without that, Im just more and more down.

Everyone deals with failure in life... personally I have had 7 years of failure... I'm fighting a pretty bad depression at the moment. But I can see some light at the end of the tunnel.

Anyway, you need to change something. In life, failure means you are doing something wrong. Something has to change. There should be a pattern that's evident from your failures that you will notice to make the changes you need. Journaling is very helpful, keep note of your approaches and seek more information about the subject.

The problem is that getting good with women is a learning process and you have to get into the mindset that you can't take rejection personally, otherwise you will never be good at it. Get used to approaching a woman with the goal to improve from your last approach. If you're constantly/consistently getting rejected, you're doing something wrong. What is it? Figure that out and correct it instead of feeling like you lost the girl of your dreams. Each time you improve take that as a success.

how do you define success?

Success is working toward things/goals you find meaningful every day.

Some people think that one goal or thing (insert money here) mean success. Well guess what? If you had a billion today it wouldn't matter much because tomorrow is another day and you still need to find meaning in it.

The same thing applies to women. You should be working on that goal every day by going out and talking to them.

Yeah, have to focus on changes much more i guess. Simply something is wrong, just need to find what it is. Ill try focus more on little step by step proces and improving, that could help. Thanks everyone for your insight. It really helped :-)

For me success is when i see little progress every time. (in whatever you do) Dont need huge steps, just little bit of "income" time to time, and starting on better possition next time, because of your improvement. . Problem is when you come to situation when you constantly, long time related, have none. Thats what i call failure. Thats situation where Im right now. Need to get out of that circle of doom somehow...

if you"re doing the same thing over and over again and it"s not working then you fucked something up
write down what you do and read it,if you see 1 thing happening over and over, that is your sticking point
go read or watch about it,go out and correct it,once you passed that, you succeeded
