Overthinking is what happens when you use your HEAD disproportionally to your BODY.
Insecurity, overthinking, anxiety...that's all a produce of your HEAD.
Confidence, strength, being sure of yourself...lives in your BODY.
If you want to stop overthinking, you need to
find a way to connect better with your body.
How?
Well if you think about it, the link between the body and the head is your BREATH. If you really
think about it, every time you're trapped in your head and overthinking,
you're not breathing right.
You're probably breathing shallow, in your chest, taking short bursts of air.
The first step in dealing with overthinking is to
balance out your breath.
So in other words, BREATHE motherfu***
When you're around this girl, BREATHE deep into your belly. Make it really fat, and slow down the
breath rhythm.
In couple of seconds you'll feel a release of a calming sensation, and your brain won't think that much
anymore.

"The Presence" exercise, that will help you with making your brain be more at peace.
